Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 11 August 2026

Barak Ron Law Offices regards access to legal information and to legal representation as part of the service itself. This statement describes the accessibility of the website at brlaw.co.il, the standard we work to, what has been done so far, known limitations, and how to reach us if you meet a barrier.

Commitment

We aim to make this website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, in line with Israeli law and good professional practice. Accessibility work is ongoing; this statement will be updated as the site improves.

Standard applied

The website is designed and developed to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA, as required under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 and the regulations made under it for websites.

Measures taken

Among other things, the site includes:

  • semantic HTML structure and meaningful headings;
  • skip-to-content links;
  • keyboard-operable navigation and interactive controls;
  • visible focus styles;
  • sufficient colour contrast for text and interface elements where we control the design;
  • text alternatives for informative images;
  • forms with associated labels and clear error messaging where validation is used;
  • support for both Hebrew (RTL) and English (LTR);
  • respect for prefers-reduced-motion where motion is used;
  • responsive layout for common screen sizes.

Compatibility

The site is intended to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile. It is built to be usable with keyboard navigation and with common assistive technologies. Formal testing with every screen reader and assistive product in common use has not yet been completed; we welcome reports of any barrier you encounter.

Accessibility examination

Date of the most recent accessibility examination: 11 August 2026 (internal review against IS 5568 / WCAG 2.1 AA during development of this site).

Examiner: internal review by Nice Studio (site developers) together with the firm. An independent external accessibility audit may be commissioned; if so, this statement will be updated with the examiner’s name and findings.

Known limitations

  • The site has not yet been formally certified by an independent accessibility examiner, and has not been exhaustively tested with the full range of screen readers and assistive technologies in common use.
  • Hebrew and English versions of the site are both available. If you find a language-switch or RTL/LTR issue, please report it.
  • At present the site does not publish downloadable PDF documents. If PDFs or other downloadable files are added later, they will be made accessible or accompanied by an accessible alternative where required.
  • Content from external services (for example WhatsApp, which opens outside this site, or third-party font delivery) is outside our direct control; its accessibility depends on the provider.
  • Some decorative or atmospheric imagery is marked in a way that assistive technology can skip; if an image conveys information and the alternative text is insufficient, please tell us.
