Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the website at brlaw.co.il, operated by Barak Ron Law Offices, a Tel Aviv law practice conducted by Adv. Barak Ron and practising since 1999. The site exists to describe the firm and the fields it works in, and to let you make contact. Please read these terms before relying on anything you find here.
Nothing on this website is legal advice. Using the site, reading its pages, or sending an enquiry does not create an attorney–client relationship. Please do not send confidential case detail through the forms on this site.

What this website is for
The site provides general information about the firm, its practice areas and the encumbered-property service, and a way to send an enquiry. It is not a substitute for a personal consultation. Laws change, facts differ from case to case, and nothing published here should be treated as advice on your situation.
No attorney–client relationship
An attorney–client relationship is formed only when the firm agrees in writing to act for you and, where applicable, after conflict checks and engagement terms are completed. Until then, messages you send through the site are enquiries only. They are not privileged attorney–client communications, and the firm may already represent another party in the same matter.
No promises of outcome
Descriptions of past work, practice areas or press coverage are illustrative. They are not guarantees of any result in a future matter. Every case depends on its own facts and on the applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or related systems;
- interfere with the site’s operation, security or availability;
- use automated means to scrape, harvest or overload the site in a way that harms its performance;
- submit false, misleading or unlawful content through the enquiry forms;
- use the site to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, layout, design, graphics, photographs, logos and other materials on this site are owned by Barak Ron Law Offices or used under licence. Photography and imagery on the site are owned by or licensed to the firm for use on brlaw.co.il. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
The names “Barak Ron”, “Barak Ron Law Offices” and the BR mark are used as the firm’s trade identifiers. No licence to use them is granted by visiting the site.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to external websites or services (for example WhatsApp or press outlets). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The firm is not responsible for their content or practices. Google Fonts and other technical providers used to deliver the site are described in the Privacy Policy.
Enquiry forms
Forms on this site are for initial contact only. By submitting a form you confirm that the details you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you may be contacted about your enquiry. How personal information is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the firm does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or up to date for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Israeli law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barak Ron Law Offices and Adv. Barak Ron are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded by law. This does not affect any liability that may arise from a separate written engagement to provide legal services.
Professional regulation
Adv. Barak Ron is a licensed member of the Israel Bar Association and practises subject to the laws and professional rules that govern advocates in Israel. The firm’s advertising and website content are intended to comply with those rules, including the prohibition on promising outcomes.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv–Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or to the use of this website, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
